No.


AI supports our workflow, but every delivered visual is hand-selected, refined, and quality-checked. You receive finished visuals, not raw AI output.

Do you only work with fashion brands?

We specialize in fashion and lifestyle, but we also support many other product categories. Clear product input matters more than the category itself.

How it works

Why do I select a category first?

Selecting a category helps us apply the correct visual standards and guide you to the most suitable packages or subscriptions.

What happens after I choose a package or subscription?

After purchase, you complete a short intake form with important product details. This ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Why is the intake form required?

Because visuals depend on details.
Materials, colors, proportions, and references help us avoid errors and deliver accurate results.

Subscriptions

What are credits?

Credits are used only with subscriptions. 

10 credits = 1 delivered visual.

Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?

No.


Discounted credit top-ups are only available to active subscribers. Non-subscribers can purchase one-time services instead.

What if I don’t need product photos that month?

Credits can also be used for ad visuals, campaign visuals, or updated versions of existing visuals.

Revisions

What does one revision round mean?

One revision round applies to the entire batch.


If you receive 20 visuals, you may request changes on all 20 within that round.

Are revisions unlimited?

No.

 

We use structured revision rounds to protect quality, delivery speed, and consistency.

Delivery & priority

How fast is delivery?

We aim to deliver within 24 hours under standard conditions.

 

Delivery may take longer during high demand or complex orders.

What is Lite Priority?

Lite Priority places your order ahead of the standard queue during busy periods but does not guarantee a fixed delivery time.

Why does delivery take time if AI is used?

Because quality comes from selection and refinement, not generation.
Most generated images are rejected before final delivery.

Differences between packages relate to quantity, flexibility, revisions, and models.

If required details were not provided, revisions may not be possible.
